Your Role

We’re looking for a Sales Support Executive to join our Reseller Sales Team and play a key role in supporting our wholesale and installer partners. You’ll be at the heart of the sales operation, managing installer enquiries, supporting onboarding, handling customer leads, and ensuring our partners receive a smooth and professional experience. This role is ideal for someone organised, proactive, and customer-focused who enjoys variety in their day-to-day work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound installer enquiries and support the onboarding process for new partners joining the Ohme network.
  • Act as the first point of contact for installers, responding to queries, providing guidance, and ensuring they feel supported.
  • Conduct outbound outreach to new installation partners, identifying new installer opportunities and helping grow Ohme’s installer community.
  • Manage the sales inbox and inbound sales line, ensuring all leads and enquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Help to qualify and convert inbound customer leads, ensuring every potential installation opportunity is followed up effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in our CRM systems, supporting the wider sales team with data and communication management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to help coordinate and communicate with Ohme’s installer community
  • Provide general administrative and coordination support to the wholesale and key account managers, ensuring efficient communication and follow-up with customers.
  • Assist with reporting, customer data, and follow-up actions to ensure smooth collaboration between field and office-based teams

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service, sales support, or administrative role (ideally 1–2 years). 
  • Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with customers and solving problems.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working across multiple systems, inboxes, and customer journeys.
  • Team player who can collaborate effectively with field-based account managers and other internal teams.
  • Proactive attitude, takes ownership of tasks and looks for ways to improve efficiency.
  • An interest in the EV, energy, or technology sectors is beneficial but not essential.
