Supports the Customer Success Manager with administrative duties, customer support, and implementation of new customer success initiatives. Responsibilities include responding professionally to incoming calls, emails, and support cases while delivering excellent customer service. Relevant experience in sales, account management, customer success, customer service, or customer-facing roles is advantageous, as is familiarity with Salesforce, Force.com platforms, or VoIP and telecommunications environments.

- Assist the Customer Success Manager with their administrative duties and customer support.
- Providing full support, lead & influence alongside the Customer Success Manager in relation to the new Customer Success initiatives across the business.
- Answering customer incoming calls, emails and cases in a professional and timely manner.
- Providing excellent customer service.
Having 1+ years of relevant experience in sales, account management, customer success or customer service/ customer facing roles would be a plus. Similarly, having experience working with Salesforce.com or other Force.com platforms experience, and/or a VOIP Service Provider/ Telco environment would be desirable.
