What to Expect:

During this immersive 7-week summer internship, you will gain first-hand experience of a sales career with P&G, exploring whether this path is right for you. You will tackle live business challenges and be expected to contribute meaningfully to the growth of our brands from Day 1.

Each intern receives a tailored learning plan designed to provide the right levels of coaching, mentoring, and formal training while you deliver on your projects. This internship, along with any future job opportunities, will be based at our Harrogate office. This site is our Northern sales HQ and oversees 40% of the UK retailer business and is conveniently located just 20 minutes north of Leeds, with regular train services from both Leeds and York. Successful interns should be ready to pursue career opportunities in Harrogate as they progress.

What You Will Gain:

  • Full Time Role Successful interns may have the potential to secure a full-time position with P&G at our Harrogate office after graduation.

Job Qualifications

What We Look For:

  • University students currently in their penultimate or final year of study.
  • Evidence of passion and achievements in academic and/or non-academic activities. Tell us what you’re proud of – be it playing a musical instrument or holding down a job alongside your studies. We want to get to know you during your application and encourage you to include examples that demonstrate our Peak Performance Behaviors including what actions you took and the results you achieved in your CV.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and strong analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong English verbal and written skills.

Start date: The internship's duration is from July 1st, 2025, until August 15th, 2025. We expect interns to be available for the full duration of the internship.

Right to work

For our internship roles, you will need to provide your own right to work in the UK for the full duration of your internship without requiring sponsorship from P&G. Note, this will require your right to work permission to be valid between 1st July 2025 and 15th August 2025 for a minimum of 37.5 hours per week.
