About Vercel:

Vercel gives developers the tools and cloud infrastructure to build, scale, and secure a faster, more personalized web. As the team behind v0, Next.js, and AI SDK, Vercel helps customers like Ramp, Supreme, PayPal, and Under Armour build for the AI-native web.

Our mission is to enable the world to ship the best products. That starts with creating a place where everyone can do their best work. Whether you're building on our platform, supporting our customers, or shaping our story: You can just ship things.

About the Role:

At Vercel, the Revenue Operations team plays a critical strategic role in our growth. We empower our GTM teams with the systems, strategy, and insights they need to be successful. By aligning people, processes, and technology across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, we optimize the entire customer journey and build a scalable revenue engine that drives Vercel forward.

We’re seeking a Sales Strategy & Operations Manager to support our International Sales team, spanning our Commercial and Majors segments across EMEA and APAC. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Sales Leadership to drive operational excellence, deliver insights, and help shape Vercel’s international growth strategy. You’ll support core operating cadences, streamline global workflows, and contribute to projects that improve visibility, efficiency, and performance across our regional go-to-market motions.

This is an exciting opportunity to help scale Vercel’s international presence and build the foundation for how we expand into new markets around the world.

About International Sales at Vercel:

Vercel’s International Sales team is responsible for driving growth across EMEA and APAC — from emerging technology markets to large global enterprises. The team focuses on landing new customers, expanding existing relationships, and positioning Vercel as the platform of choice for modern web and application experiences worldwide.

Supporting this team means partnering at the intersection of sales strategy, growth marketing, and regional enablement. You’ll play a key role in helping Vercel refine how we:

  • Prioritize and activate emerging markets, identifying where to invest for long-term success
  • Build scalable, repeatable sales processes tailored to regional nuances
  • Enable high-performing sales teams across diverse time zones and customer profiles
  • Bridge data, systems, and GTM insights to inform how we structure territories, allocate resources, and measure success globally

This role will have visibility across Vercel’s global growth engine, supporting leadership as we define and execute our next phase of international expansion.

What you will do:
  • Design, implement, and refine sales processes and systems to optimize seller productivity, streamline global workflows, and enhance visibility across regions
  • Facilitate key operating cadences — forecasting, pipeline reviews, and quarterly business reviews — with data-driven insights and recommendations for regional sales leaders
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, and Marketing on international planning and resourcing, including territory design, target setting, and capacity modeling aligned to market maturity and opportunity
  • Analyze performance data to surface trends and insights across markets, helping identify growth opportunities and shape regional GTM strategy
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM Systems, Marketing, and Enablement to ensure our international teams are equipped with the tools, data, and playbooks they need to succeed
  • Support special projects around international expansion, sales motion optimization, and cross-regional alignment between Commercial and Majors segments
About you:
  • 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles at a high-growth SaaS company; global or multi-region experience strongly preferred
  • Strong Salesforce expertise (reporting, dashboards) and proficiency across the GTM tech stack (prospecting, routing, ABM, enrichment, etc.)
  • Ability to connect data to strategy — translating insights into recommendations that inform leadership decisions
  • Excellent analytical and data modeling skills; expertise in Excel/Google Sheets and BI platforms, with SQL experience preferred
  • Collaborative, cross-cultural communicator with experience supporting distributed teams
  • Comfortable working across time zones and balancing global priorities with local execution
  • Ownership mindset - proactive, resourceful, and able to turn ambiguity into structured action
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package, including equity.
  • Inclusive Healthcare Package.
  • Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
  • Flexible Time Off.
  • We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
