Your role:

  • Own CT input and forecasting in the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
  • Commercial Leadership
  • Partner with District GMs and Account Managers to deliver business growth.
  • Hit annual equipment and service targets (Order Intake, Sales, IGM) for assigned modalities.
  • Represent UKI leadership on the European CT Management Team, embedding UKI priorities into BMC plans and KPIs.
  • Champion collaboration across the wider Imaging team.
  • Team Leadership
  • Inspire and lead Modality Sales Specialists (MSS) and Clinical Application Specialists (CAS).
  • Ensure SOLID methodology compliance (time-writing, scheduling, etc.).
  • Empower MSS to deliver CT insights and support product launches.
  • Keep CAS team at the forefront of technical and clinical expertise through continuous training.
  • Customer Engagement & Support
  • Deliver impactful pre- and post-sales support: demos, presentations, installation planning.
  • Provide timely post-sales support to maximize customer satisfaction and clinical outcomes.
  • Drive growth in professional services through education offerings.
  • Strategic Partnerships
  • Drive large and strategic deals across UKI with District and Solutions teams.
  • Lead engagement with key framework partners (e.g., NHS Supply Chain).
  • Collaborate with European and UKI marketing teams to localize assets and amplify impact.

This role reports into the Zone Business Leader Imaging for UKI and will have a dotted line into the European CT Leadership team.
