Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Solutions Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in the sales cycle, creating compelling product demonstrations, developing professional sales proposals, drafting statements of work, and collaborating with the sales team to close deals. The ideal candidate combines technical knowledge with sales acumen and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • *Sales Demonstrations*: Design and deliver engaging product demonstrations tailored to prospect needs and pain points
  • *Proposal Development*: Create professional, persuasive sales proposals that clearly articulate Red Cup IT's value proposition
  • *Documentation*: Draft comprehensive Statements of Work (SOW) detailing project scope, deliverables, timelines, and costs
  • *PandaDoc Management*: Utilize PandaDoc platform to create, manage, and track sales documentation throughout the sales process
  • *Follow-up Coordination*: Implement systematic follow-up procedures with prospects to move opportunities through the sales pipeline
  • *Deal Closing*: Support the sales team in addressing objections, negotiating terms, and closing deals
  • *CRM Management*: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or related roles, preferably in the IT/MSP industry
  • Proven track record of supporting successful B2B sales processes
  • Experience with proposal automation tools (PandaDoc preferred)
  • Strong understanding of managed IT services and cybersecurity solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business benefits
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
