Sales Services Advisor – Education & Adoption Services (EMEA)

The Sales Services Advisor – Education & Adoption Services is responsible for partnering with Sales, clients, and cross-functional teams to position, solution, and drive the sale of Education and Adoption Services (Organizational Change Management and End User Training).

Aligned to Blue Yonder implementations, this role requires deep expertise in education and adoption strategies, as well as the ability to design, scope, and price EDU and Adoption Services offerings that support successful enterprise software deployments, particularly within supply chain environments.

The role is a key contributor to services revenue growth across EMEA, ensuring customers achieve strong user adoption, business readiness, and long-term value realization.

Key Responsibilities:

Services Sales & Solutioning

  • Partner with Sales teams to identify, qualify, and develop Education and Adoption Services opportunities across the region

  • Lead discovery efforts, including client workshops and data-gathering activities, to define requirements, success criteria, and win themes

  • Design tailored solutions across Education, OCM, and End User Training aligned to client transformation objectives

  • Position and articulate the business value of adoption services to both client and internal stakeholders

Deal Support & Execution

  • Support the end-to-end sales cycle, including proposal development, RFP responses, and drafting of Statements of Work (SOWs)

  • Develop accurate scoping and pricing models using established methodologies, tools, and assumptions

  • Present and defend solutions in client meetings, orals, and executive presentations (virtual and in-person)

  • Collaborate with Sales to advance deals and improve win rates

Sales Enablement & Market Development

  • Support internal enablement initiatives and sales campaigns to promote Education and Adoption Services offerings

  • Develop and enhance estimating models, tools, and sales collateral to improve consistency and efficiency

  • Contribute to thought leadership and the evolution of Education and Adoption service offerings

  • Proactively review regional pipeline to identify and position services opportunities within active deals

  • Establish regular engagement cadence with Sales to drive awareness and attachment of services

Pipeline & Forecast Management

  • Maintain visibility into pipeline, opportunities, and bookings related to Education and Adoption Services

  • Provide regular forecasting and reporting against regional targets

  • Track performance metrics including services attach rate, revenue, and conversion rates

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year university

  • 5+ years of experience in a services sales, solution architect, or advisory role supporting Education, OCM, or adoption services

  • Proven experience in scoping, solutioning, and pricing professional services engagements

  • Experience supporting enterprise software implementations, preferably within supply chain (e.g., WMS, TMS, Planning)

  • Strong understanding of Organizational Change Management and End User Training methodologies

  • Strong consultative and value-based selling capabilities

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into clear value propositions

  • Experience facilitating client workshops and discovery sessions

  • High level of collaboration across Sales, Delivery, and Product organizations

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail in scoping and pricing

Success Measures

  • Growth in Education and Adoption Services revenue across EMEA

  • Increased attach rate of OCM and training services to software and implementation deals

  • Pipeline development and forecast accuracy

  • Contribution to improved customer adoption and successful program outcomes

Other

  • Requires up to 25% travel to support sales opportunities

  • Remote position within UK
