Start your sales career with impact at Too Good To Go

Are you ready for your first or second step in your sales career? Do you want to learn, grow, and make a positive impact at the same time? Then this is your chance.

At Too Good To Go, you work on something that truly matters: together with local business owners and millions of app users, we help fight food waste. We’re looking for new Sales Waste Warriors with lots of energy and curiosity - people who genuinely want to build something meaningful.

Your Mission

As a Sales Executive, you play a key role in our mission. You’ll ensure local businesses - from bakeries to neighbourhood shops - join Too Good To Go. This allows them to offer unsold food to consumers via our app.

A Typical Day Might Look Like This:

You start your day with a good cup of coffee at our office in London or from home, (if it is one of your home-office days). You meet with your team for a weekly check-in to share plans and celebrate wins. Then you open Salesforce, check your pipeline, and start making calls. Your goal is to speak to between 40-60 business owners a day to get them excited about Too Good To Go.

Once a business is on board, you support them through their first 28 days. You make sure they’re onboarded properly, can offer their first Surprise Bags, and get the most out of our platform. You’re their first point of contact and you make a real difference in their first experience with Too Good To Go.

In between, you’ll update your pipeline, track your progress, and brainstorm with your teammates on how to improve. Of course, there’s always time for a tasty lunch or a coffee break at the office. You wrap up your day feeling great - because you made a positive impact!

Who Are We Looking For?
  • You’re a true connector, someone who builds rapport easily with potential partners (like local shops, bakeries, butchers etc.)
  • You’re not afraid of cold calling and you gain energy from conversations.
  • You’re an excellent listener who asks the right questions
  • You’re proactive in researching and calling new leads, and you show perseverance & resilience when things get tough.
  • You’re organised, independent, and communicate openly with your team - collaboration is everything!
  • This is an entry-level position, so we are not looking for years of experience. What we do want: curious people who want to learn, grow, and commit long-term to a mission-driven company.
What You Bring:
  • Strong drive and determination to achieve results.
  • Energy, motivation, and resilience to make an impact - you’re no quitter!
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • You thrive in a fast-changing environment.
  • Bonus points if you already have experience in cold calling or phone-based customer contact.
What We Offer:
  • WORK FLEXIBLY:
    • Enjoy hybrid working from our great offices, at home or abroad
    • Extra parental leave and days off beyond local legislation and the option to take an extra week of unpaid leave
    • Health insurance and pension scheme
    • Additional day off for significant life events
  • CELEBRATE & SOCIALISE
    • Regular social events like summer and winter parties
    • Coffee, snacks and fully-equipped kitchens
    • Get to know our community with a monthly free Surprise Bag
    • Paid volunteer time through our Shareback volunteering programme
    • Women in the Workplace, P.R.I.D.E., People of Colour and Functionally Diverse Employee Resource Groups
  • LOCAL BENEFITS:
    • A competitive salary with the opportunity for performance-related bonuses
    • 25 days of annual leave, in addition to UK Bank Holidays
    • Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve off as well
    • Cycle to Work scheme

Boasting one of the most recognized fintech ecosystems in Europe, attracting billions in investments each year, London's success has made it a go-to destination for startups looking to make their mark. Top U.K. companies like Hoptin, Moneybox and Marshmallow have already made the city their base — yet fintech is just the beginning.
