About the role:

We are hiring an experienced and talented Sales & Partnerships Manager to join our fast-paced and high-growth team. As a key member of our sales and partnerships team, you will drive revenue to Zilch via performance marketing and advertising. You will develop and own client relationships with brands, affiliate networks and agencies adding value for Zilch, partners and customers.



Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for driving ROI positive sales growth across your portfolio of brands
  • Develop, build, and maintain strategic relationships with your portfolio of brands, affiliate networks and agencies.
  • Exceed your quarterly and annual revenue quota across both brand funded commission and advertising revenue.
  • Understand, measure and optimise performance marketing campaigns to drive growth against your brands KPIs.
  • Understand, measure and optimise your brands against Zilch’s KPIs.
  • Identify and on-board target brands.
  • Confidently and articulately convey the Zilch value proposition and evolving product suite to brands, affiliate networks, agencies.
  • Negotiate best in market deals and discounts for our customers.
  • Lead and participate in presentations to brands, clients and affiliate networks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and lead product initiatives to maximise revenue whilst providing value for our customers.
  • Provide deep knowledge and insight to our internal teams to drive creative and long-term improvements to our platform offering.
  • Take ownership and accountability of your projects.

What we’re looking for...

  • Demonstrated experience in a Sales and Partnerships role.
  • Proven track record of Performance Marketing, with preferably circa 4+ years’ experience in affiliate marketing.
  • Demonstrated success with building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Experienced and skilled negotiator with a proven commercial track record.
  • Experience selling to direct to brands with advertising budgets.
  • Track record of successfully carrying your own individual quota.
  • Strong presenter with excellent organisation, account management, and communication skills.
  • Strong business and commercial acumen to lead and drive a business to success.
  • Team player with a positive and dynamic personality
