About

We are looking for a talented and experienced Sales Operations Specialist to join our Revenue Operations team. This team is responsible for the operational excellence of our GTM team through delivering insights and smart solutions to maximise operational readiness.


You Will

  • Oversee CRM tools to ensure data accuracy and seamless sales operations, ensuring data integrity and usability while driving adoption across teams.
  • Create actionable reports and dashboards that provide clear, data-driven insights to Marketing, Sales and Management to support strategic decision-making.
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies, propose solutions, and implement process enhancements to drive operational excellence.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships and Finance teams to resolve operational challenges and ensure smooth alignment of processes.
  • Independently identify gaps in processes or data, research solutions, and implement improvements
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness in revenue operations. Apply best practices to streamline workflows and maximize productivity.
  • Work closely with sales representatives, marketing, and GTM team to align objectives.
  • Train new sales hires on tools, processes, and best practices


You Must Have 

  • +3 years of relevant experience in a Sales Operations or Revenue Operations role within the B2B sector, preferably within the Software sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to different stakeholders and audiences.
  • Strong analytical abilities for problem-solving and decision-making.  Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel, with experience using the wider Google Suite being advantageous.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce), with exposure to other Revenue Operations tech including Linkedin Sales Navigator, Lusha, Salesloft, Gong.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues independently whilst driving solutions.
  • Organised, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to quickly adapt to new circumstances.


It’s a Plus If You Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
  • A good understanding of the software industry and go-to-market model is a strong plus.
