Position Details:

The Revenue Operations Specialist is responsible for analysing and optimising activities within the Clearwater Analytics sales team. You will own and manage key processes to ensure our sales team is as effective and efficient as possible.

Reporting to the Head of Growth, you will be a close aide providing support on forecasting, territory planning, quota allocation, among other key tasks. You will consistently be in tune to pipeline health, prospecting, sales velocity, closing deals, average deal size, and quota attainment.

You will work collaboratively with leadership, sales, presales, marketing, and other stakeholders in the organisation.

An ideal addition to our team is someone who is data-driven and analytically minded, business astute with a real focus on optimising sales team performance to help the team win.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with Strategic Revenue Operations:
    • Support account and territory mapping for new and existing markets, working closely with sales leadership.
    • Provide input for resource planning and go-to-market (GTM) strategies under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Data Reporting and Analysis:
    • Assist in preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports in collaboration with Regional Revenue Operations and the International Managing Director (MD).
    • Help ensure accurate and timely pipeline management and regional reporting across EMEA and APAC.
    • Perform analysis of sales performance data to support decision-making by senior team members.
  • Sales Process and Operational Support:
    • Help identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes with guidance from experienced colleagues.
    • Conduct market research and gather insights to assist Directors and Sales Closers.
    • Follow established procedures and seek support when addressing new or complex challenges.
  • Sales Enablement and Training:
    • Coordinate and support onboarding, training, and coaching programs for sales team members.
    • Help educate the sales team on how to use tools effectively and adopt best practices.
  • Collaboration with Marketing and Sales Teams:
    • Work with marketing and sales functions to help execute campaigns, GTM initiatives, and events.
    • Provide logistical and operational support for cross-functional initiatives.
  • Learning and Development:
    • Actively participate in team training sessions to develop expertise in revenue operations tools and processes.
    • Contribute to a positive team culture by sharing insights and assisting in team projects.

Requirements:

  • Highly motivated, self starter, who can be trusted to “get the job done”
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM Tool
  • Experience using Data Sets and Proficient at Excel
  • Experience within the software industry.
  • Data-driven and analytical mindset.
  • Strong presentation and writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently but within a team environment.
  • High adaptability and flexibility, including the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change.
