The Renewals and BDR Business Operations specialist will support the APJC Renewal and BDR departments by working closely with the APJC Head of Renewals to ensure on time renewals with incremental uplift and the APJC Head of Business Development to develop and implement strategies to increase pipeline contribution at scale. This role will equip the team with actionable insights to enable key decisions on processes, programs and investments that will increase productivity and efficiency to drive increased pipeline contribution. What You'll Do
- Own reporting and analytics for Renewals and BDR performance (pipeline, funnel conversion, velocity, forecasting)
- Support sales leadership with data for QBRs, pipeline reviews, and business updates
- Maintain Salesforce data quality across opportunities, leads, and contacts
- Monitor funnel progression and identify opportunities to improve conversion and velocity
- Support sales productivity initiatives through reporting, process support, and tooling updates
- Partner cross-functionally with Rev Ops, Marketing, Finance, and field sales operations
- 3+ years in Sales Ops, Rev Ops, or GTM Operations
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to turn data into recommendations
- Hands-on Salesforce experience (reporting, dashboards, data hygiene)
- Experience supporting BDR and/or Renewals teams
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working with global teams; APAC experience preferred
