We are seeking a Sales Operations Manager to support our sales organization. This role serves as a strategic advisor to sales leadership, driving operational efficiency, enabling data-driven decisions, and ensuring accurate forecasting and planning. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and experience working in fast-paced SaaS environments.
Responsibilities:
Sales Forecasting & Pipeline Management
  • Own the forecasting process for assigned sales teams, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals.
  • Monitor pipeline health and provide insights on conversion rates, deal velocity, and risk factors.

Revenue Planning & Analysis
  • Develop financial models to support quota setting, territory planning, and revenue projections.
  • Deliver scenario-based analysis to guide strategic decisions.

AI Sales Operations Responsibilities
  • Leverage AI‑driven GTM tools (e.g., forecasting assistants, pipeline insight engines, and content‑automation platforms) to enhance sales productivity, improve data quality, and accelerate revenue operations.
  • Serve as champion for emerging AI‑enabled sales technologies, ensuring proper adoption, training, governance, and continuous enhancement of AI GTM tools.
  • Use AI‑based analytics and automation platforms to surface actionable insights, reduce manual data work, and streamline operational processes across the sales cycle.

Reporting & Insights
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs, trends, and performance metrics.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights for sales leadership.

Process Optimization & Enablement
  • Identify process gaps and implement best practices to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, Marketing, Customer Success) to align GTM strategies.

Executive Communication
  • Prepare and present business reviews, forecasts, and recommendations to senior leadership for your supported teams.
  • Demonstrate strong executive presence and influence across the organization.

Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related analytical roles within SaaS.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Strong skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and planning platforms (Anaplan or similar).
  • Advanced analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
