About the Role

As a key member of our SalesOps team, the Sales Operations Manager plays a critical role in driving the success and efficiency of our Global Sales and Account Management team.  We’re looking for someone who’ll partner with sales leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives aimed at maximizing revenue growth and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include leading projects, maintaining and optimizing our Salesforce platform, and continually enhancing our sales processes and tools. You will:

  • Lead the design and execution of projects that support the operational and strategic goals of the Sales team 

  • Maintain and optimize Salesforce by gathering user requirements and feedback and designing scalable solutions to drive sales team productivity.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Product and other functions to drive strategic initiatives

  • Equip the sales and account management teams with the tools and knowledge necessary for success.

  • Develop operational and strategic reports and analyses to enable Sales leaders to execute business objectives successfully

  • Develop a framework for developing corrective action plans based on operational metrics to identify sales performance issues and opportunities 

What We’re looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, preferably with a focus on global markets.

  • Experience in structuring sales teams and optimizing sales processes to drive revenue growth.

  • It is suited for a proactive individual capable of navigating complex, ambiguous, and highly visible challenges. 

  • Proficient in Salesforce, experience with SQL, analytics and metric visualization tools

  • Excellent analytical skills to measure the impact of initiatives and make data-driven decisions

  • Ability to work effectively across different teams, demonstrating strong collaboration, communication and project management skills.
