Due to continued growth in our AECO business sector, we are now seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Operations Manager, ideally with Indirect, Partner, Channel Sales experience to join us.

In this new position, you’ll be spearheading sales operations initiatives and fostering strong stakeholder relationships across Europe. Your role will center on leveraging your expertise in sales strategy and planning, sales performance, and process improvement & technology. You’ll work closely with Sales Leadership, Sales Enablement, Product GMs, and additional teams across EMEA and globally.  You will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, enhancing partner sales processes and providing data-driving insights to support revenue growth.  

What Will You Do?

 As Sales Operations Manager, you will make fair, rigorous, and consistent decisions (or recommendations) on sales policies, incentive eligibility, rules of engagement, performance plans, etc. in partnership with PX and Sales Leadership. You will research and provide input on the sales tech stack and evaluate and recommend new tools to enhance sales effectiveness whilst ensuring partner sales processes adhere to company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of annual planning; GTM design including implementation of sales quotas, territories, and account alignments across our global partner and digital sales organization

  • Develop and execute strategies for optimizing sales performance and productivity

  • Collaborate with sales leadership to set and achieve revenue targets

  • Design and administration of sales compensation plans

  • Contribute to the design and execution of other sales incentives

  • Develop and drive sales performance plans in partnership with PX 

  • Monitor and improve AE and Manager KPIs

  • Develop and maintain interactive sales dashboards and custom reports in partnership with Sales BI

  • Ensure data quality and integrity in CRM systems and other sales tools

  • Utilize data to uncover insights, predict risk and opportunities and recommend action and strategy

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring:

  • Proven experience in sales operations leadership roles, with an indirect/partner and global go to market focus

  • Strong background in sales performance management, data analytics and process optimization

  • Expertise in designing and implementing sales quotas, territories and compensation plans

  • Strong process management and execution skills

  • Technical Skills: Demonstrated ability to design and implement compensation strategies across direct, indirect, and eCommerce channels. Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Suite, Excel, Domo, or Tableau preferred 

  • Strong skills in data analysis, forecasting and performance tracking

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with individuals at all levels of the organisation

  • Excellent problem solving and critical thinking abilities, with a keen attention to detail

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex data governance findings to nontechnical stakeholders

  • Familiarity with machine learning and AI techniques to enhance sales processes is a plus
