Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for an Analyst to join our dynamic Sales Operations & Customer Experience team focused on driving revenue, sales, and customer insights by working across Sales, Finance, IT, Marketing, and Customer Experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on transforming data into actionable intelligence and enjoys collaborating across departments to improve performance and decision-making. 

Your Responsibilities: 

  • Analyze, and model sales operations data including sales compensation, performance, effectiveness, and customer experience metrics
  • Design, develop, and maintain business reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Python, or similar platforms
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, IT, Marketing, and other business leaders to identify analytical requirements and data sources 
  • Interpret data using statistical analysis, data mining, and aggregation techniques to uncover trends and opportunities
  • Translate complex data sets into clear, concise reports and dashboards that support strategic decisions
  • Support data governance initiatives by ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems
  • Partner or lead cross-functional teams on data-related projects and initiatives, providing guidance and oversight
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders

You Must Have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Strong understanding of statistical methods and data modeling techniques
  • Ability to work independently under general supervision and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Demonstrated initiative and curiosity in solving business problems through data

We Would Also Prefer: 

  • Educational background in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, or Information Systems 
  • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and ERP platforms
  • Familiarity with sales operations, compensation structures, and performance metrics
  • Exposure to customer experience analytics and operational performance tracking
  • Knowledge of data governance frameworks and best practices
  • Experience leading or participating in cross-functional project teams
  • Advanced degree or certifications in analytics, data science, or business intelligence

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $78,000 - $110,000. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employees.
