Job Description:

Sales Operations Coordinator

Monday – Friday:  9am - 5:30pm
Hybrid working: 3 days in the
Northwich office and 2 days from home. Flexibility may be required for home-working days based on business needs.

As a Sales Operations Coordinator you will…

  • Dealing with incoming customer (internal and external) requests via email and phone

  • Collaborate with the Sales and Sales Operations teams to deliver exceptional customer service

  • Manage and track sales opportunities through to completion

  • Process contracts accurately and efficiently

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone, providing helpful, timely assistance

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with customers and internal team members

  • Logging and tracking sales requests and orders on internal systems

  • Other administration duties to ensure the smooth running of the Sales Operations department

In order to set you up for success we are looking for the following skills;

  • Experience in a customer service, sales support, or administrative role

  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to resolve issues effectively

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • A want to learn

  • Great communication and interpersonal skills

  • No prior experience in sales required
