We are searching for a Sales Operations Co-Ordinator to join our team. Working within the Sales Operations Team, the Sales Operations Coordinator will be responsible for various aspects of Fender EMEA’s Sales tools and processes.  They will be responsible for maintaining essential systems used by the Business Development Managers as well as various parts of the internal AS400 & SAP systems, such as Dealer Price Lists and Agreements.

Essential Functions:

  • Maintain relevant data within Fender’s internal AS400 & SAP systems, such as Price Lists and Product Information.
  • Provide sales materials and support to Sales Teams.
  • Maintain information within the PIM system and Dealer Portal.
  • Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
  • Ad-hoc projects as directed by the Sales Operations Manager and Sales & Product Operations Director.

Qualifications:

Essential Skills/Experience

  • Excellent IT skills and a good working knowledge of online systems.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and be self-motivated.
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Results focused.

 

Desirable Skills/Experience

  • Knowledge and understanding of the musical instrument industry and other musical instrument manufacturers.
  • Experience using SAP.
