Job Overview

We’re looking for a new Sales Operations and Enablement Manager to help us empower our sales teams, drive operational excellence, and optimise our processes. In this role, you’ll be at the centre of our sales engine—streamlining operations, enhancing collaboration, and equipping teams with the tools and strategies they need to thrive.

This role requires a proactive operator who can manage hands-on responsibilities while making strategic decisions. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams, refine processes, and ensure that our sales organisation is set up for high growth success.
 

  • Streamline Sales Operations: Identify and eliminate operational roadblocks to ensure seamless sales processes across the organisation.
  • Training and Development: Support the design and delivery of onboarding programmes, team training, leadership development initiatives, and certification systems for sales teams.
  • Sales Enablement Content: Collaborate with Marketing and other departments to create impactful sales enablement materials, such as case studies, presentations, training resources, and guides.
  • Process Optimisation: Refine and implement efficient processes for contracts, proposals, and documentation, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
  • Sales Technology: Research, implement, and drive adoption of innovative sales technologies to enhance team performance, collaboration, and scalability.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Develop dashboards, analyse sales performance data, and use insights to inform strategies for improving team efficiency and productivity.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Support our sales enablement initiatives, and other high-priority projects aimed at enhancing sales success.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across Sales, Marketing, and Technology to align strategies and ensure operational success.
  • Thought Leadership: Support the development of thought leadership through initiatives like workshops, webinars, and collaborative forums.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • 3+ years’ experience in sales operations, enablement, or a similar role. Candidates with greater experience are encouraged to apply, as the role can evolve for the right person.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales technology tools.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a talent for identifying and addressing operational bottlenecks.
  • Experience delivering impactful workshops and training sessions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments.
  • Proven ability to gather stakeholder feedback and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
