We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to support the commercial operations of our EMEA and APAC regions. The role sits within the Global Sales Operations function and works closely with regional sales teams, Finance, and Order Management. In this role you will be turning raw pipeline numbers into clear stories, keeping Salesforce clean and powerful, making sure our sales people trust and act upon the data they see.

The role carries real ownership — of processes, dashboards, and the data the sales team relies on day to day.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to support pipeline visibility and sales performance tracking across EMEA and APAC.
  • Ensure data integrity in Salesforce — ownership, opportunity stages, account records, and deal updates.
  • Work within the company's BI environment to support pipeline reviews, renewal forecasting, and quarterly analysis.
  • Own and maintain the EMEA & APAC commission file, including reconciliation when deal structures, territories, or personnel change.
  • Liaise with Finance and Order Management on bookings, cancellations, and revenue-related queries.
  • Assist in end-of-quarter and AOP reporting preparation.
Requirements
  • Experience of 2-3 years in Sales support roles
  • Proficient in Salesforce — building reports, dashboards, and managing data.
  • Strong Excel skills at data-analyst level — comfortable with complex reconciliations, pivot tables, and data modelling.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Qlik, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Prior experience in commission tracking, revenue reconciliation, or sales operations preferred.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Familiar with AI tools
  • Familiarity with CPQ or ERP systems - Advantage
  • Additional European languages - Advantage
