Contract: Permanent

Are you passionate about turning data into insights that drive strategic decisions? Do you enjoy building sleek, powerful dashboards that bring business performance to life? If so, you could be the next Sales Operations Analyst to join our high-performing team at MindGym.

We're looking for someone with strong Power BI skills, a curious analytical mindset, and the ability to work cross-functionally to support commercial decision-making at scale. You’ll play a key role in managing and interpreting business data to help us better understand our performance, spot opportunities, and shape the future of our commercial strategy.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Reporting & Dashboards:
Design and maintain engaging Power BI dashboards and Salesforce reports that deliver critical insights across the business.

  • Data Analysis:
Collect and analyse complex data from multiple sources (Salesforce, NetSuite, Excel, etc.) to provide meaningful insights that drive commercial decision-making.

  • Requirements Gathering:
Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and build tailored reporting solutions.

  • Power BI Development:
Build and automate scalable reporting solutions using Power BI, Power Query and DAX—ensuring accuracy, usability, and performance.

  • Collaboration:
Partner with commercial, finance, and IT teams to ensure alignment, accuracy, and adoption of reporting tools.

  • Continuous Improvement:
Monitor dashboard usage and effectiveness, identifying ways to improve clarity, efficiency, and functionality.

What we’re looking for:
  • Experience:
2+ years in a data analysis, BI, or reporting role, ideally in a fast-paced or commercial environment.

  • Tech skills:
Advanced Power BI development skills, with experience using DAX, Power Query, and data modelling techniques.
Strong Excel and working knowledge of SQL. Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite is a bonus.

  • Mindset:
Analytical thinker with a proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills. You’re naturally curious and keen to dig into the 'why' behind the numbers.

  • Communication:
Clear and confident communicator who can make data meaningful for non-technical stakeholders.
