Carbyne is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Sales Operations Analyst to join our dynamic Sales Operations Team. If you are passionate about data, possess a strong analytical mindset, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you. As a trusted advisor to our commercial team, you will leverage your expertise in data analysis and process improvement to drive sales efficiency and revenue growth.

We are looking for an individual who is a self-starter, a resourceful problem solver, and eager to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.

🎯 Here’s What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop customer agreements in collaboration with Sales, Leadership, Legal, and Finance assistance
  • Work closely with the CSM and the sales teams on client requests and inquiries
  • Participate in the RFP/customer solicitation process by working with internal SMEs
  • Assist with proposal content moderation in Responsive or other content management tool
  • Develop and maintain workflows and processes
  • Collaborate with the Finance and Product teams to manage and maintain product catalogs, price books, pricing rules, and discount schedules
  • Create and maintain all documentation related to CRM maintenance process (SOPs).
  • Collaborate with internal resources to ensure reports are translated into actions, and results are monitored
  • Build Salesforce reports and dashboards based on business and leadership needs
  • Provide accurate data for Weekly Deal Reviews and pipeline meetings
  • Optimize the customer journey and sales cycle by developing and executing operational plans
  • Proactively work with business leaders across departments to support business decisions, including growth/churn strategy, territory optimization.
  • Continually seek opportunities for improving team performance through thoughtful examination of processes, technology systems/tools, and personnel
Requirements
🔑 What You Bring

To shine in this role, you’ll need:

  • 2+ years in SaaS Sales Operations with a leading technology company
  • Comfortable working with Salesforce flows, formulas, custom views, reports and dashboards
  • Experience with purchase order, contract management, and proposal management 
  • High proficiency in Google applications 
  • Great problem solving and analysis skills, leadership skills, and ability to communicate well with a senior management team
  • Detail-oriented with a knack for organization and process improvement. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while dealing with ambiguity
  • Meticulous organizational skills 
  • Capacity to manage and prioritize a large number of requests
  • Proactive, loves to help others, and excited by getting things done
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for supporting law enforcement, first responders, and other government agencies

The pay range for this position in New York City is $80,000 - $90,000 + equity + benefits). Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
