With teams across London, New York, Barcelona, Montréal, and Manila, we operate across time zones to deliver world-class results. Our proprietary technologies, including Aeron®, power some of the most demanding capital markets systems used by trading desks worldwide.

🚀 Our Sales Operations function is growing, and we’re excited to welcome a Sales Operations Analyst to the team. This role sits at the heart of how our commercial engine works, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Leadership to ensure our data, processes, and reporting are clean, reliable, and impactful.

You’ll be joining a collaborative, supportive environment where curiosity, initiative, and learning are genuinely encouraged.

YOU ARE:
  • A structured, analytical thinker who enjoys working with data and turning it into clear, actionable insights
  • A great communicator and genuinely nice person: patient, collaborative, and comfortable working with multiple departments
  • Proactive and curious, always looking for ways to improve processes and make things run more smoothly
  • An Excel Guru able to analyse, organise, and present information with clarity
YOU HAVE:
  • Strong Excel skills (this is essential):
    • Able to organise data, spot inconsistencies, and present information clearly
  • Experience with HubSpot, including dashboards, reporting and workflows
  • A good eye for data quality, structure, and governance
  • The ability to explain data and processes clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • An interest in B2B, technology, or financial services (financial market knowledge is a plus, not a must)

YOU WILL:
  • Act as a key operational partner to the Sales team, supporting them with data accuracy, reporting, and performance visibility
  • Maintain high-quality data in HubSpot, ensuring it remains a reliable “single source of truth”
  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and pipeline views for Sales, Marketing, and Finance
  • Audit and improve the lead-to-deal process, identifying gaps, inconsistencies, or friction points
  • Support process improvement and automation to make workflows more efficient
  • Occasionally support Marketing HubSpot activities, making this a true all-round operations role
  • Learn how different departments work together: and help connect the dots
WHY US:
  • Be part of a high-standard engineering culture where learning is constant and knowledge is shared
  • Join a company that genuinely values collaboration, respect, and open communication
  • Flexible, hybrid working model with strong focus on work/life balance
  • A supportive, inclusive culture where people are encouraged to speak up and grow
  • Opportunities to get involved in well-being, diversity, and community initiatives
BENEFITS (What we offer):

We create benefits with YOU in mind:

  • 25 days holiday
  • Family medical and dental
  • Life insurance and long term disability insurance
  • Gym subsidy
  • Pension with a 5% match
  • Season ticket loan
  • Cycle scheme
THE PROCESS:

THE PROCESS:

Long interview processes are stressful and boring and that is not us.

We want to make sure that everything runs smoothly.

So here you will have three-stage interviews:

1- A chat with one of our great recruiters.
2- A Zoom chat with Stelios (our Sales Ops Lead - you will report to him) during which you will present a short exercise that we will send you beforehand. The exercise is designed to give us insight into your thinking and approach. It won’t be time-consuming; we don’t expect you to spend hours on it, as it’s not a paid task.
3. A final chat with Kevin our CCO and AK our Head of Marketing

But don’t worry; everything will be explained to you step by step by your recruiter.

A little tip for you during those stages:  Collaboration is massively important to us, so don't hesitate to share your thoughts, ask questions, ask for help if needed, etc...

DIVERSITY & INCLUSION:

Diversity and inclusion are core to who we are. Adaptive is strongest when it reflects the world around us. We want everyone to feel comfortable bringing their whole selves to work, in an environment built on respect, collaboration, and shared curiosity.

Background check: the employment is subject to an acceptable background check that will be run by Adaptive.
