- Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate product or service solutions.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare sales reports for management review.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively position our products or services.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as products, marketing, support, and IT, to ensure seamless sales processes.
- Maintain accurate sales records, documentation, and utilize CRM systems for efficient sales management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in IT (Software)
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and address customer needs.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Proficiency in using sales automation tools, like Zoho CRM, and MS Office Suite.
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
