About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated, Portuguese-speaking Sales Professional to champion our market-leading solutions with independent hotels and hotel groups across Portugal and beyond.

You’ll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—and work closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams. This role offers the chance to build lasting client partnerships and make a real impact in a rapidly growing company.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive New Business: Identify, engage, and secure new opportunities with mid-market and enterprise hotel groups in Portuguese-speaking markets.
  • Strategic Sales Management: Lead the end-to-end sales process with confidence, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Develop trusted partnerships, ensuring excellent client satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities to position Triptease as a leader.
  • Collaborate & Deliver: Work cross-functionally to support onboarding, product feedback, and marketing alignment. Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.

Requirements

About You

  • Experience: 3-5+ years in B2B sales, preferably within SaaS or hospitality technology, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in mid-market or enterprise segments.
  • Skills:
    • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proven ability to build trust and lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Mindset: Highly motivated, results-driven, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer value.
  • Language: Fluent in English & Portuguese (Any additional languages is desirable)
