Your work will directly impact Thredd as we scale: you’ll enable faster, smarter decision-making through data-driven insights, streamlining operations to support our internal teams, and identify new ways to drive growth from both new prospects and existing customers.

You’ll use your knowledge of Salesforce and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement – optimising how we capture, nurture, and convert leads, building and tracking campaigns, and ensuring our marketing automation and CRM systems are fully integrated and running smoothly. Your expertise will help us deliver targeted campaigns, maintain clean data, and equip both sales and marketing with the tools they need to succeed.
What you’ll be doing

  • Serve as the strategic and operational link between sales and marketing, ensuring both teams are aligned and accountable throughout the revenue funnel.
  • Optimise lead management process to improve capture, routing, nurturing, and conversion for a seamless buyer journey and clearer attribution.
  • Develop and maintain campaign frameworks that allow for quick launches and accurate performance tracking.
  • Enhance our marketing automation by refining segmentation, rules, and nurture flows to drive better engagement and results.
  • Provide sales with the resources they need – including content libraries, presentations, sales playbooks, and essential data.
  • Streamline and automate contract management allowing sales to focus on closing business.
  • Administer and enhance Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), including integrations, data syncing, domain management, and troubleshooting to ensure system integrity and performance.
  • Manage the contract lifecycle management system, acting as the main point of contact for user support and liaising with sales, legal, IT, and vendors.
  • Analyse sales and marketing data to identify trends, performance gaps, and revenue opportunities, and develop dashboards for real-time campaign and pipeline visibility.
  • Continuously evaluate and implement new tools, processes, and technologies to improve collaboration, scalability, and data accuracy across the commercial teams.

What you’ll need

  • Proven experience working in sales, marketing or revenue operations within a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in a SaaS or tech-driven environments.
  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms, with hands-on experience in both Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) and Salesforce required.
  • Comprehensive understanding of lead lifecycle management, including segmentation strategies and campaign measurement methodologies, to optimise customer acquisition and retention across the sales funnel.
  • Experience with contract management systems, including automating repetitive tasks and implementing system-driven workflows to improve efficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills, with practical experience using analytics tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, or Power BI to inform and support strategic decision-making.
  • Proven ability to integrate and analyse cross-channel data to drive targeted optimisation initiatives.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, process orientation, and communication skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
