Sales Manager
Location: London or Midlands | Hybrid

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager to help grow the EasyIO Neo portfolio and strengthen our UK partner network.

What You Will Do
You will support and mentor our System Integrator, Wholesaler and OEM sales teams to ensure revenue and margin targets are met. You’ll implement strategic sales plans, lead coaching and performance management, and oversee the team’s technical support engineer(s) to build a strong customer‑focused unit for EasyIO, Metasys, WebEasy and key OEM customers.
You will grow our strategic partner footprint, lead engagement with wholesalers, and promote the Johnson Controls range of peripherals. You’ll also identify key industry influencers to support the adoption and specification of our products.

How You Will Do It

  • Analyse market opportunities and develop strategies to increase market share.
  • Lead, coach, hire and develop the team while ensuring strong sales execution and CRM use.
  • Identify, onboard and support system integrators for EasyIO and peripheral products.
  • Manage key accounts to ensure satisfaction and long-term relationships.
  • Monitor competitor activity to strengthen Johnson Controls’ market position.
  • Work with wholesalers to grow sales across our field device range.
  • Manage the full bid process from enquiry through negotiation to order receipt.

What We Look For

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience with a strong track record.
  • Confident leader with sound decision‑making skills and a collaborative approach.
  • Strong commercial awareness and solid technical understanding of BMS or peripherals.
  • Customer‑focused, proactive and able to build lasting relationships.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills at all levels.
  • Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently or collaboratively.
  • Willingness to travel.
