Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in an exciting project to introduce our lifestyle hotel brand to a new market. If you enjoy creating connections and making an impact from day one, this could be the role for you!

As a Sales Manager at The Cloud One Hotels, you will be instrumental in launching The Cloud One brand in London and positioning it as a go=to destination for both business and leisure travellers. You will build strong relationships with corporate clients, drive new business and bring the brand to life in the local market.

Furthermore, your responsibilities include:

  • Planning and executing all sales activities, including client events, networking opportunities and hotel tours
  • Building and developing relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies and local partners
  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities, with a focus on corporate accounts (primarily via phone), including contract negotiation and closing
  • Playing a key role in the hotel’s launch strategy, helping to establish The Cloud One brand in the London market
  • Managing and growing existing client relationships to drive long-term partnerships
  • Preparing and analysing sales reports, tracking performance and monitoring competitor activity
  • Bringing ideas, creativity and local market insight into a dynamic, multicultural team environment

  • Experience in sales or a comparable role; or extensive experience with customer service and looking for a change to a Sales role
  • Strong knowledge of the London market and an existing network is a plus

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • A persuasive, results-driven approach
  • Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to high-quality standards
  • Adaptability to thrive in dynamic environments and navigate shifting market conditions
  • A team-oriented mindset, combined with the willingness to provide support across various departments
  • A genuine enthusiasm for contributing to the successful expansion of The Cloud One Hotels across Europe
