About the Role

We are looking for a high-performing sales manager to lead a unified regional area sales team covering both SME and Key Accounts. This role is responsible for delivering revenue growth across subscription, renewals and depth products to Zoopla customers while driving market share within a defined regional territory. You will lead from the front, building a high-performance culture and ensuring consistent execution of our sales methodology.

Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue & Growth
  • Deliver personal and team revenue targets aligned to company goals
  • Drive growth in recurring subscription revenue, renewals and customer spend
  • Increase local market share through structured territory and account planning
  • Own accurate forecasting including revenue growth and cancellation save rates
  • Approve commercial opportunities and support business cases where required
Leadership & Performance
  • Lead and develop a combined SME and Key Accounts team
  • Create a high-performance, accountable sales culture
  • Coach, mentor and onboard new starters in best-practice sales methodology
  • Conduct monthly 1:1s and manage performance and development plans
  • Lead weekly team calls and maintain focus on priorities and results
Customer & Operational Excellence
  • Act as escalation point for customer queries
  • Champion a customer-centric sales approach
  • Lead quarterly sales incentive communications
  • Ensure strong CRM discipline and reporting accuracy
  • Manage team holiday planning and coverage
  • Represent the company at industry and local business events to build relationships and market presence

Where You’ll Be

At Zoopla we embrace hybrid working but emphasise the importance of also spending time together. You’ll have the opportunity to work remotely (at home) for two days per week with Mondays and Thursdays as all-Zoopla days in the office together plus a third in-office day of your choosing. 

Our home in Tower Bridge is a wonderful hub for collaborative and individual working, with space to socialise and exercise. On our doorstep you’ll find buzzing Borough, Bankside and Bermondsey, not to mention soaring river views.
