We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team.

We are hiring a commercially driven, partnership-focused Sales Manager, China to expand and strengthen our B2B recruitment network for students from Mainland China choosing to study in our destinations in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Switzerland, Germany, and France.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role with no direct reports, rather indirect reports. The focus is exclusively B2B sales and account management, working closely with education agents, high schools, international departments, pathway providers, and corporate partners across China.

This is an excellent opportunity for an exceptional Sales Manager with who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.

What you’ll bring to the role

  • Extensive professional experience in international education, language learning, higher education, or study-abroad recruitment.

  • Strong experience managing Chinese education agents, school networks, and institutional partnerships.

  • Proven track record recruiting Chinese students into UK/IRE/CH/DE/FR destinations (or similar major Western markets).

  • Excellent communication skills in Mandarin Chinese and English.

  • Strong commercial skills: negotiation, relationship building, account planning, and pipeline management.

  • Proficiency with CRMs and digital sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft365).

  • Ability to collaborate remotely across global functions with high responsiveness and accountability.

  • Comfortable working independently as a highly driven individual contributor.
