Job Description

We have a Sales Leader Role available in an extremely high growth division of NECSWS – NEC Digital Studio (you can find out a little bit more about us at the bottom of this advert). In this role you will report directly into the Chief Commercial Officer.

We’re seeking a driver of growth, someone with strong Sales Leadership skills, and a solid track record of winning work across government, and the wider public sector. The individual suitable for this role will have a mindset for strategic success, an emotionally intelligent capability, and the ability to work with a huge variety of stakeholders – to drive the sales ambition of the business.

In this role you will be responsible for the Sales Target for NEC Digital Studio – this will be a combination of Sales Lead targets, alongside individual contributions so experience leading sales from the front is essential.

Qualifications

Key Essential Skill Set Includes:

• Solid experience in a Sales Leader position, where you have been responsible for both your own sales target, and that of the team of Sales Individuals reporting to you
• A demonstrable track record of winning work within UK Government, and the wider public sector.
• Significant wins within Digital and User Centred Design
