About this role
We’re looking for a Sales Lead to join our Front Office team. This role is a key revenue driving role from existing and new client brands from within agency international teams and global brands, as part of our focus on becoming a multi market offering.
Responsibilities
- You’ll research, source, develop and manage strong relationships across all agencies and brands, as a sales lead at Ozone, with the ultimate goal of driving international revenue into our business.
- You’ll grow existing business from within the agencies, as well as unlock new business opportunities. You will achieve this by promoting our ‘Premium World’ offering.
- You’ll continuously educate on the advertising and product solutions that can be created from Ozone's audience connection ecosystem, which contains real consumer interactions at the scale required for exceptional outcomes.
- You will be capable of communicating contextual and behavioural data led insights, to help brands meet their marketing goals.
- You’ll develop media plans as per advertisers requirements and ensure delivery as scheduled, working with client services.
- You’ll present media proposals to both existing and prospective clients.
- You’ll interpret relevant inventory along with pricing options complying with campaign objectives.
- You’ll work closely with internal marketing, ad ops, client services, agency sales team and client sales to create a comprehensive agency communication plan for agency and brand engagement to announce Ozone partner news, product capabilities, opportunities etc.
- You’ll work with technical account management, agency sales, adops and product teams to identify and solve issues blocking advertiser performance.
- You’ll have the opportunity to develop internal business plans to analyze business opportunities to meet and exceed revenue and agency development targets
- You’ll demonstrate commitment to delivery of your own and team objectives.
- You’ll help other team members as needed.
Required experience/ skills
- We’re looking for someone with at least 3 years experience working with International agency teams and brands where relationships have been developed through selling digital advertising, including display and video solutions.
- You’ll have experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
- You’ll have proven work experience in digital advertising, including display and video solutions.
- You’ll have experience in sourcing, developing and maintaining new business relationships that drive revenue growth.
- We’re looking for someone with excellent presentation, organisation and communication skills.
- You’ll have experience using Google Docs, Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
- Bi or Multilingual will be an advantage, although not essential for the role.
