WHAT WE OFFER YOU

An exciting opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a hyper growth start-up, and learn what it means to build an impactful data & people-driven business. You will be given responsibility in working alongside experienced professionals, supporting them in building, growing, and running aspects of FirstMind. You will have a passenger seat view of our journey of rapid growth. More tangibly you will:

  • Get an in-depth understanding of behavioural analytics and how people are motivated to work.
  • An opportunity for getting operational experience in a start-up and helping build a company from the inside, while learning from some of Europe's most prolific and successful serial-entrepreneurs
  • A chance to work closely together with the CEO on our business development strategy
  • Engage in conversations with CEOs and MDs of leading European companies across multiple industries. 
  • International exposure where you will expand your professional network across Nova Founders Capital and get unique access to our network of leaders. 
RESPONSIBILITIES

Your responsibility will be;   

  • Build an understanding of the FirstMind Talent Discovery tool.
  • Build an understanding of customer pain points, requirements, and value that can be delivered by FirstMind.
  • Learn how FirstMind position solutions to customers relevant to their business needs.
  • Introducing FirstMind Practitioner Courses, feedback sessions and subscriptions to key decision makers. 
  • Building successful pipelines of commercial leads
  • Composting & delivery of customer proposals
  • Delivering feedback as part of product demo and product deliveries 
  • Initiating intro calls with CEOs, MDs and other key business stakeholders. 

Progressive Graduates succeeding in their role will have the opportunity to be fast tracked towards becoming a Manager, where you will be trained & supported in:

  • Developing your leadership & business strategy skills
  • Building your own dynamic team of ambitious & driven individuals 
  • Identifying and developing areas of profitable growth of the business
  • Managing P&L responsibility for your team

  • Working towards acquiring a bachelor’s or master's degree

  • Self-starter, motivated and organized. 
  • Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Driven to contribute towards the aggressive growth of a technology-focused rising start-up
  • Genuine ambition to pursue a client-facing career, with a strong interest in business development/sales and customer success.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
