We are looking for a Business Development Executive to build and develop a pipeline of warm inbound leads from web enquiries and partner referrals, converting them into booked installs. You'll own your numbers, follow a structured process, and be relentless in following up.
You'll also be expected to actively embrace AI tools to make yourself and the team more effective. We are building a variety of AI agents to support you in doing your job, and we need feedback to refine them. For the curious, there is also an opportunity to own and manage these AI agents yourself.
Responsibilities
- Manage your pipeline of warm inbound leads from web enquiries and partner referrals
- Make outbound calls with supplementary SMS/emails to build rapport, qualify and present solutions to leads to sell them an Ohme charger and installation
- Follow up consistently and relentlessly to keep leads moving through the funnel, appreciating that some customers may need multiple contacts
- Maintain accurate records of activities and customer interactions in our CRM system
- Use and provide feedback on AI tools being developed to support the sales function
- Collaborate with other Ohme teams (Customer Success and installer Account Managers) to ensure a seamless customer journey from first contact to completed install.
- Capture and share structured feedback from customers to help improve our product, messaging, and processes.

Required Experience
- A track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in D2C or similar short-cycle sales environments.
- Proven experience in outbound sales calls.
