THE ROLE

We are seeking a results-driven HR Payroll BPO Sales Executive to drive new business acquisition and revenue growth for our payroll and HR outsourcing services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, experience selling HR/payroll or BPO services, and the ability to build long-term client relationships across diverse industries.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify, target, and generate new business opportunities for HR and Payroll BPO services.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.

  • Conduct market research to identify prospective clients and industry trends.

  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, needs analysis, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.

  • Present customized HR and payroll outsourcing solutions to C-level executives, HR leaders, and finance stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, implementation, compliance) to ensure seamless client onboarding.

  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts in CRM systems.

  • Attend industry events, networking forums, and trade shows to build brand visibility.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience selling multi-country payroll or global HR outsourcing solutions.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong understanding of payroll processes, HR compliance, labour regulations, and outsourcing models.

  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Dutch language proficiency is a big plus
