Sales Executive

Base salary plus uncapped commission £70K OTE

Think Business Loans is Bionic’s specialist business finance team. We help small and medium-sized businesses across the UK access fast, flexible funding so they can grow, invest, and thrive.

We are expanding and hiring Commercial Finance Brokers to join our growing team across our offices in London and Chelmsford. If you are confident, consultative, and motivated by helping customers, this is an opportunity to make a real impact.

What you will be doing:

• Speaking with business owners to understand their funding needs
• Matching clients with tailored unsecured loan products from our panel of lenders
• Negotiating the best loan terms by working directly with funding partners
• Managing your sales pipeline using CRM tools to track and convert leads
• Meeting performance targets while delivering excellent customer service
• Ensuring full compliance with FCA regulations and internal quality standards
• Building long-term client relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals

Training and development:

We have partnered with the National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers (NACFB) to offer tailored broker training. You will work toward achieving the Certificate in Commercial Finance Broking (CertCFB), a respected qualification that builds your industry credibility and career prospects.

What we are looking for:

• At least 2 years of experience in telesales, with a proven track record of closing deals directly with clients
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• A consultative, customer-centric approach to sales
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets and manage your own sales pipeline
• Proficient in using CRM systems and digital sales tools
• High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work
  

It would be great if you also have:

• Knowledge of SME lending, commercial finance and and unsecured loan products
• Familiarity with FCA regulations and working in a regulated environment
• Experience in financial services, banking, or loan advisory
