Sell the company's product range to assigned customers, open and manage accounts in JDE/CRM, prepare orders and required documentation, collect invoices, perform market visit preparations, convert accounts to the e-commerce platform and train customers, monitor competition, and pursue lost-account recovery while maintaining professional customer relationships.
Job Responsibilities & Tasks (Duties include but are not limited to)
- Sell the widest range of company’s products for assigned customers based on group channel guidelines.
- Provide feedback of any competition activity within sales area and submit his suggestion for retaliation if needed.
- Prepare special order requests (Prices, Designs, approvals, Orders, MOQs) and take concerned approvals both Customer & Company.
- Prepare SPO in full quantity produced to customer without leaving stocks at warehouse unless approved by Sales Management.
- Collect the invoices according to company’s aging policy.
- Prepare all needed documents for the call cycle market visits or business review, before going to the market.
- Maintain professional Business relation with His/her customers.
- Revisit Lost customers and check opportunity to regain business if hindering conditions have vanished.
- Open new accounts on JDE or CRM and adhere all required valid documentation (VAT, CR, National Address, CIS, etc…)
- Transfer max number of accounts to ECOM online platform, train customers for utilizing Napco platform and monitor performance to avoid losing customer sales volume.
- Detect and register new potential customers in his area based on CRM.
- Sell all potential customers with appropriate combination of product lines by closing GAPs.
Required Job Qualifications & Competencies
- Education & Experience
- Minimum High School degree.
- Acceptable English Level.
- Acceptable Computer Literacy.
A minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience in similar and related field.
