Are you a confident communicator who thrives in a salesdriven environment? Do you enjoy building relationships, presenting great products, and creating unforgettable customer experiences? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Sales Executive.

 

In this role, you’ll be responsible for promoting and selling our vacation ownership products in a professional, ethical, and structured sales environment. Whether engaging with customers face to face or via online platforms, you’ll play a key part in driving sales performance while delivering exceptional service.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

 

As a Sales Executive, you will:

 

  • Sell vacation ownership products through a structured, compliant, and ethical sales presentation.

  • Deliver engaging member updates, both facetoface and via Microsoft Teams.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with members, owners, and guests to create trust, rapport, and confidence in our products.

  • Meet and exceed sales efficiency targets (including volume per guest).

  • Complete all required Company training and compliance programmes.

  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and professional standards.

 

What We’re Looking For

 

We’re seeking individuals who are passionate about sales and love working with people. You’ll be a great fit if you bring:

 

Qualifications & Experience

 

  • No formal qualifications required

  • Experience in a salesdriven environment is preferred

  • Fluent English (written and verbal)

  • Reasonable numeracy skills

  • Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions

 

Key Skills & Abilities

 

  • Ability to conduct yourself professionally and ethically at all times

  • Strong IT skills, including confidence using online conferencing platforms and delivering presentations

  • Ability to perform well in a busy, highenergy environment with frequent interruptions

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships internally and externally

 

Working Hours

 

You will work 40 hours per week, across 5 days out of 7, with flexibility required to meet business needs.
