To support the delivery of UK Wholesale Sales objectives through new business development, account growth, partner relationship management, and effective multi-market coordination. The role contributes to expanding Sweaty Betty’s market share across the EU, developing new clients and markets while maximising the potential of existing accounts. It requires close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution across order management, marketing, product, and operations.Key Accountabilities:

Business Development & Growth

  • Identify and implement sales strategies to drive revenue, margin, and market share growth across EU markets.
  • Develop and onboard new clients across multiple territories.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients to ensure long-term success.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms within company policy.
  • Manage and develop existing accounts, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with other channels to deliver a unified multi-channel approach for pan-European clients.
  • Support sell-ins, range presentations, and trade events to promote the brand and generate new opportunities.

Operational Execution & Alignment

  • Act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams (Operations, Product, Planning, Marketing, Compliance).
  • Coordinate order processing, fulfilment, and replenishment to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across markets.
  • Monitor in-season performance and address issues proactively to optimise sell-through.
  • Ensure consistent alignment across regional calendars, marketing activities, and product deliveries.

Marketing & Product Development

  • Partner with Marketing to develop localised campaigns aligned with brand values and seasonal priorities.
  • Contribute to range planning to ensure suitability for regional market needs and partner opportunities.

Performance Insight & Reporting

  • Produce accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and actionable insights for internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Analyse sell-in/sell-through, margin, and trend data to identify growth opportunities and inform future product and stock planning.
Measures of Success (KPIs)
  • Achievement of UK Wholesale revenue and profit growth targets
  • Acquisition and activation of new clients
  • Growth and profitability of existing accounts
  • Forecast accuracy and margin performance
  • On-time delivery and order fulfilment accuracy
  • Client satisfaction, reorder performance, and compliance across markets
Experience & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in fashion or activewear wholesale/marketplace sales.
  • Proven record in business development, partnership negotiation, and account growth.
  • Strong understanding of international trade, governance, and market entry strategies
  • Experience managing multi-market accounts across Western Europe (Eastern Europe advantageous)
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
  • Advanced commercial and financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting & analysis)
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Strong organisational and analytical capabilities; proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and B2B tools.
  • Order management experience (SAP or similar system preferred)
  • Skilled at presenting product, trend, and performance insights to partners and internal teams
