About the Role

We’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Executive (French speaking) to join our team. You’ll play a vital role in growing our client base by handling inbound leads and developing outbound opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to make an impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage and grow your inbound sales pipeline.
  • Respond promptly to enquiries from prospective clients.
  • Qualify leads and pitch Houst’s services via calls and emails.
  • Maintain a high conversion rate from initial contact to signed agreement.
  • Develop your own outbound sales flow, including cold-calling prospects.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
Requirements
  • Proficient in both written and spoken French and English.
  • Proven experience in inbound and outbound sales, ideally in a startup or SaaS environment.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal).
  • Naturally competitive and results-driven.
  • Excited about using technology to transform the property industry.
  • Prior experience in sales or a client-facing role (required).
  • Familiarity with Close (CRM) is a plus.
  • Experience in the property industry is advantageous but not essential.
  • Willingness to work occasional Saturday mornings (as part of a team rota).
