Your Day-to-Day

  • Speak with Inbound UK customers who already need our help (no cold calling).

  • Build trust, upsell smartly, and close with confidence.

  • Manage your pipeline like it’s your own business.

  • Work with your manager to sharpen your skills and keep improving.

  • Share customer insights so we keep making the service better.

What You Won’t Be Doing

  • No hunting for leads.

  • No cold-calling.

  • No drowning in admin.

What it takes:

  • You bring enthusiasm, resilience, and the hunger to succeed.

  • You’re a strong communicator who can build rapport quickly.

  • You’ve got a positive mindset and don’t give up when things get tricky.

  • You pay attention to detail and learn fast.

  • You thrive in a buzzing, supportive sales floor.

  • You speak and write English fluently.

  • Sales experience is a bonus, not a dealbreaker. We’ll back you with training, tools, and coaching so your potential becomes performance.
