Join our SaaS Sales Engineering team at Validity, where you'll collaborate with passionate experts to deliver industry-leading email deliverability and data quality solutions to tens of thousands of customers worldwide.
As a Sales Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in aligning our solutions with customer expectations, driving better outcomes and satisfaction.
This is a hybrid office-based position that requires working 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) in Validity's London (Southwark) office location.

Position Duties and Responsibilities
  • Partner directly with Sales teams to engage with customers and prospects as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle, providing strategic guidance and demonstrating the value of Validity solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Validity's product suite and how they address diverse business needs.
  • Create and host compelling product demonstrations tailored to prospect and customer requirements.
  • Stay informed about the competitive landscape to effectively position Validity's solutions.
  • Collaborate with the global Sales Enablement team to develop and deliver impactful sales training content.
  • Work closely with Product and Marketing teams to provide insights and feedback, ensuring our products evolve to meet our customer needs.
Required Experience, Skills, and Education
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing Sales Engineering role within a SaaS company, ideally in pre-sales.
  • Proficient in delivering engaging presentations and demonstrating SaaS solutions effectively.
  • Strong consultative selling skills, including active listening, effective questioning, and persuasive communication.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset.
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a high velocity, results-driven environment.
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Fluency in the English language.
  • Ability to work 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) in the team's London (Southwark) office location. 
Preferred Experience, Skills, and Education
  • Prior experience in a technical sales, sales support, or services role within an Email Service Provider (ESP) or email marketing analytics organization.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com and the wider Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
