About the Role:

The role of an Archive Specialist SE is a multifaceted one that combines deep compliance expertise with strong communication and advocacy skills. As a customer-facing subject matter expert, an Archive Specialist SE plays a pivotal role in educating, inspiring, and guiding customers through the adoption and application of archiving for fiscal regulatory mandates and risk management.

This role requires a balance of compliance acumen, customer service, and public speaking, making it both challenging and rewarding. An Archive Specialist SE is not just a subject matter expert but also a storyteller and a bridge between the company and its customers, helping to drive the adoption and understanding of Behavox solutions.

What You'll Bring: 

  • Has a deep and genuine interest in Behavox as demonstrated by a connection to its mission, marketplace and/or technologies
  • 5-7+ years experience in the Archive and/or financial compliance leveraging expertise to persuade audiences
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards (e.g., SEC, FINRA, GDPR, etc.)
  • Is a Subject Matter Expert on archiving and/or regulatory compliance; and has demonstrated dedication to the field through Continuing Education Credits
  • Experience in discussing value, ROI and TCO conversations within the context of Archiving

What You'll Do: 

  • Write technical White Papers / digital content for stakeholders to explain the criticality of archive and why Behavox is uniquely suited to empower them
  • Convey challenging compliance concepts to audiences with mixed levels of archive experience
  • Deep dive with fellow SME staff about granular specifics and best practices as is related to archive and compliance mandates
  • Perform compelling and engaging presentations to prospects from various industries
  • Answer questions that may be asked during a demo/presentation by fellow SME in the field of compliance

The most aligned candidate will then be asked to do a practical work task simulation activity so we can make sure that you will enjoy the kind of work the role requires, and this task will typically be presented and discussed with a group of colleagues and managers. Finally we will ask you to meet with a number of our senior leaders to make sure that you are making the most informed call possible.
