About Port:

At Port.io, we are building an open and flexible Agentic Engineering Platform for modern engineering organizations. Following our recent $100M Series C funding round, we are in a phase of rapid hypergrowth with strong enterprise momentum.

We act as the central nervous system for engineering, enabling platform teams to unify their stack and expose it as a governed layer through golden paths for developers and AI agents.

By combining rich engineering context, workflows, and actions, we help organizations transition from manual processes to autonomous, AI-assisted engineering workflows while maintaining control and accountability. As a product-led company, we believe in building world-class platforms that fundamentally shape how modern engineering organizations operate.

As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will play a meaningful role in helping Port scale efficiently. You won't just be managing resources; you will be the bridge between our high-level sales strategy and field execution. At Port, the sales process is deeply technical and fast-moving. You will ensure our reps are equipped with the training, technical narratives, and streamlined processes they need to win in a competitive, AI-driven market.

About Your Day-to-Day

  • Update and organize sales resources (pitch decks, battle cards, scripts) to ensure the team has high-quality, up-to-date materials.
  • Help identify bottlenecks in the sales workflow and assist in implementing MEDDPICC to help reps qualify deals better and work more efficiently.

  • Monitor sales metrics to identify strengths and gaps, providing actionable reports to sales leadership.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing and Product to ensure reps receive consistent messaging, training, and resources.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a supporting sales role.
  • Ability to execute training programs and create functional sales collateral.
  • Solid understanding of standard sales methodologies (Command of Message, MEDDPIC preferred) and the typical B2B sales cycle.
  • Hands-on experience using and navigating sales tech stacks (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Seismic).
  • Clear communication skills with a focus on making complex information easy for sales reps to digest.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to take direction and run with specific projects in a fast-paced setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
