As a Sales Enablement Specialist in the Sales Training & Development team, you will apply your knowledge of sales and training through interactive sessions, assisting in the rollout of role-specific sales resources, and aiding our sales teams in cultivating more innovative, effective, and profitable practices.

Your main responsibility will be to train every seller and sales leader in your region to improve their capabilities and efficiency. Additionally, you’ll work with your colleagues to develop training programs, tools, systems, and insights that our sales team and channel partners will use in their daily work—helping to shape the Jabra Way of Selling.

The team you will be part of:

Sales Training & Development is part of the Global Sales Enablement and Channel Development team at GN/Jabra. Our mission is to empower our sellers and sales leaders by enhancing their skills and confidence to sell our solutions in the ever-evolving and demanding markets. Together, we work towards the common goal of creating sales and commercial excellence.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

  • Train and coach sellers and sales leaders in our EMEA region to develop their capabilities and confidence needed to reach their sales goals.

  • Organize and facilitate in-person and virtual sessions, integrating practical skills into daily workflows.

  • Deploy role-specific sales playbooks to encourage innovation and boost productivity and profitability.

  • Adapt global sales programs to regional needs, ensuring relevance for different sales teams.

  • Partner with regional leaders to improve sales performance through coaching and the adoption of best practices.

  • Collaborate with the global enablement team to develop training content, tools, systems, and insights.

  • Measure impact and share insights for optimization of enablement programs. 

To perform well in the role, we imagine that you:

  • Are organized and able to streamline resources and processes.

  • Have experience in sales enablement, training, or sales operations within a B2B environment.

  •  Can collaborate effectively with international teams and engage with stakeholders at every level.

  • An ability to gain buy-in and influence others in person and through a screen.

  • Are familiar with sales enablement tools, such as LMS and eLearning authoring tools

  • Experience with or knowledge of Articulate 360 and Docebo

  • Exhibit an internal motivation to facilitate project advancement and ensure desired results are met.

  • possess a growth mindset, with a keen interest in developing others so they can reach their full potential.

  • Are fluent in English and one other European language.
