Overview

We’re looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to help power the day-to-day operations, content creation, and program execution behind Multiverse’s high-performing Enablement team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, creative, and excited to work across Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and RevOps to make learning experiences feel seamless, impactful, and energising.

You’ll support onboarding, internal communications, tool maintenance, learning events, and enablement content production—becoming a go-to problem solver and trusted partner to our growing field teams. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their Enablement career who wants to grow in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and learn from a seasoned team.

Responsibilities

Program & Content Support

  • Help deliver onboarding and learning programs by managing logistics, building slide decks, updating learning paths, and coordinating SMEs

  • Create clear, engaging, and well-designed enablement materials—presentations, guides, email comms, toolkits, Notion pages, etc.

  • Assist in building and maintaining a library of sales playbooks, talk tracks, objection handling guides, and internal wikis

  • Help plan and execute live enablement sessions (e.g., bootcamps, office hours, QBR trainings), including scheduling, tech setup, and follow-ups

Tool & Process Operations

  • Maintain enablement tools such as Gong, Notion, Salesforce dashboards, and LMS platforms—ensuring content is current, well-organized, and easy to access

  • Track training completion, tool adoption, and usage analytics; assist with enablement dashboards and reporting in partnership with RevOps

  • Support sales managers with resources and reminders to drive engagement with onboarding and coaching initiatives

  • Help document and scale internal processes and workflows for the Enablement team

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, RevOps, and GTM teams to ensure smooth rollouts of messaging, tools, and campaigns

  • Act as the enablement team’s air traffic controller—staying on top of moving pieces and helping to prioritize competing needs

  • Gather feedback from the field and help surface insights to improve enablement programs and content

Success Metrics

Within the First 3–6 Months:

  • Support 2+ onboarding cohorts with logistics, materials, and post-session wrap-ups

  • Update and maintain at least 3 major content hubs (e.g., Onboarding Wiki, Playbooks, Manager Toolkit)

  • Drive ≥90% on-time completion of onboarding tasks by new hires in supported segments

  • Increase weekly Gong or LMS engagement by 15% across a pilot team

  • Receive ≥4.5/5 satisfaction score from stakeholders on supported enablement sessions or deliverables

Within 6–12 Months:

  • Build and maintain an enablement resource library with high searchability and adoption

  • Help launch 2+ cross-functional programs (e.g., SKO, product launch training, coaching rollouts)

  • Contribute to an improvement in enablement program impact metrics (e.g., onboarding ramp time, sales productivity)

  • Be recognized as a reliable, proactive, and trusted partner by at least 5+ field managers or team leads

About You

  • 1–3 years of experience in Enablement, Sales Ops, Sales, Learning & Development, or a project coordination role in a B2B SaaS environment

  • Strong attention to detail with an eye for formatting, copywriting, and making content easy to consume

  • Confident using tools like Notion, Google Slides, Gong, Salesforce, and LMS or CMS platforms

  • Able to juggle multiple workstreams, communicate timelines clearly, and work independently in a fast-paced team

  • Curious and eager to learn—you thrive in a collaborative environment and take feedback well

  • Comfortable facilitating sessions or onboarding support when needed, but happiest behind the scenes

  • Bonus if you’ve built enablement content or supported field enablement initiatives before
