Role Summary:


As a Sales Enablement Learning Lead, you will play a critical role in enhancing the skills and productivity of our commercial teams. You will be responsible for analyzing needs/gaps, designing, delivering, and continuously improving sales training programs and refining sales enablement tools/collateral to drive sales skill effectiveness for successful growth. This role also requires strong cross-functional collaboration to align sales enablement initiatives with broader company goals. You will be instrumental in enabling individual and group success through the learning plans you create and deliver.


This is a hybrid position in our London, UK office. This role has the option to work hybrid throughout the week or fully in office. 

What You'll be Doing:

  • Design and implement learning programs for our sales development, sales, and account management teams including onboarding, e-learning modules, and ongoing development.
  • Create Sales Content: Collaborate with sales leaders to build and maintain sales enablement collateral like presentations, case studies, and product datasheets to support prospecting, closing, and renewals.
  • Work closely with sales managers to identify challenges and tailor solutions to enhance performance.
  • Partner with IT and Revenue Ops to evaluate, implement, and ensure the adoption of sales tools and technologies.
  • Assess the effectiveness of enablement initiatives using feedback, performance metrics, and other data to measure impact, and drive continuous improvements of the enablement programs.
  • Coordinate with People & Culture, GTM, and customer-facing teams to integrate enablement strategies into broader initiatives.

About You:

  • Proven experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related role in a SaaS/software or technology environment. 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner. 
  • Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills (ICF certification is a plus). Proven experience creating engaging learning materials with measurable success.
  • Practical experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and LMS tools, with a strong track record of leveraging them for effective sales training.
  • Ability to translate and align learning with business objectives into effective training strategies and solutions. 
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively cross-functionally with to support revenue growth and success. 
  • Experience in the intellectual property or technology/software industry (preferred).
  • Certifications in training or coaching (e.g. ATD, CPLP, etc.) are a plus (preferred).
