This role is focused on hands-on technical enablement. You’ll work closely with partner engineers, sales engineers, and internal teams to turn product knowledge into real-world solutions.

How will you make an impact?

  • Enabling partners to design, build, and deliver AI Agents using the Cognigy platform
  • Supporting partner onboarding and ongoing technical readiness through structured enablement and certification paths
  • Delivering technical enablement sessions, workshops, and hands-on labs
  • Assisting partners with JavaScript development, debugging, and flow-based logic
  • Supporting API usage and integrations as part of AI Agent implementations
  • Helping partners work effectively with context variables and conversation logic in Cognigy
  • Advising on webchat embedding and xApps using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Supporting partners during demos, proofs of concept, and key partner-led opportunities
  • Collaborating with Sales Engineering, Product, and Professional Services to align on technical standards and best practices
  • Translating product updates and new features into clear, partner-ready technical guidance

Have you got what it takes?

  • Strong JavaScript coding and debugging skills, with the ability to support and unblock others
  • Experience working with APIs and integrations in real-world implementations
  • Practical experience using context variables and conversation logic within Cognigy
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, particularly for webchat embedding and xApps
  • A general developer mindset, with comfort solving problems through flow logic and/or code
  • Experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, or Technical Consulting
  • Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across sales, product, and delivery teams

Enablement-focused qualities:

  • A genuine passion for enablement and helping partners succeed independently
  • Enjoyment in teaching, coaching, and guiding others from basic understanding to confident execution
  • Comfort delivering technical enablement sessions, workshops, and hands-on labs
  • Ability to turn complex product capabilities into clear, practical guidance partners can apply immediately
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a strong sense of ownership when supporting partner success
