About Us:

Fireworks is the platform for specialized intelligence, enabling companies to build, train, and serve AI models tailored to their own data, workflows, and products. Founded by the team behind PyTorch and backed by AMD, Atreides, Benchmark Capital, Index Ventures, Lightspeed, NVIDIA, Sequoia Capital, and TCV, Fireworks powers production AI with hundreds of state-of-the-art open models across text, image, embedding, audio, and multimodal workloads. Today, Fireworks is a Series D company valued at $17.5 billion, bringing together an ambitious, collaborative team that's building the future of enterprise AI.

The Role

We're looking for a hands-on Sales Enablement Manager to help build GTM Enablement as Fireworks scales its go-to-market motion. The role sits in the Revenue Operations organization and reports to the Head of GTM Enablement.

This is a builder's seat with a real delivery mandate. Upon arrival, you'll take immediate ownership of two flagship initiatives that define how Fireworks captures and serves its GTM knowledge: organizing our knowledge as a data product and industrializing our internal GTM Tutor App. But you won't live only in content and tooling. You're also expected to deliver traditional enablement, facilitating live and virtual sessions, supporting role-based ramp, and running cross-functional GTM programs that keep the field ahead of a fast-moving product.

To do it well, you'll pair the fundamentals of great enablement (facilitation, content development, and program management) with genuine AI fluency, building the tools you teach rather than just briefing them. You'll own processes end to end and drive outcomes across Product, Marketing, and Sales without waiting to be told how.

What You'll Own
  1. Own our knowledge as a data product:
Take immediate ownership of our "knowledge as a data product" vision by structuring, governing, and maintaining GTM knowledge so it's accessible for both human and agent consumption. Complete a full audit of our existing knowledge and content, then define and roll out the taxonomy, standards, and governance for how we create, maintain, and retire content going forward, turning a scattered corpus into a trusted, queryable source of truth that stays healthy and current as it grows.

  2. Industrialize the GTM Tutor App:
Harden and scale our "GTM Tutor App," the internal AI application that trains and coaches sellers on GTM topics. Build the framework to add new topics quickly, improve the user experience, and strengthen the backend so the app is reliable, extensible, and ready for broad field adoption.

  3. Build the cross-functional content engine:
Establish the recurring processes and working relationships with Product, Marketing, Field Engineering, and Sales that ensure the field and our customers always have the sales and marketing assets they need. Create the intake, prioritization, and hand-off model that turns new product primitives, launches, and campaigns into field-ready and customer-facing collateral on a predictable cadence, and hold cross-functional partners accountable to it.

  4. Deliver core enablement programs:
Design and deliver enablement content and facilitate high-impact live and virtual sessions across product knowledge, sales skills, competitive positioning, and internal process. Support role-based ramp for new Account Executives, AI Field Engineers, and BDRs, and help run critical GTM programs alongside partners in Sales, Field Engineering, Marketing, and Product. As we grow, you'll expand our capacity to meet the field's enablement needs.

  5. Codify field best practices:
Synthesize what's working from real customer engagements and enablement outcomes, codify it into repeatable plays and content, and deliver it back to the field, feeding insight upstream to help shape the evolving GTM motion.

  6. Help define the future of agentic enablement:
Shape what agentic enablement looks like at Fireworks, designing and shipping AI agents that lift Account Executive efficiency and surface Revenue Operations insight, building on the foundations laid by our GTM Engineering team.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Several years (5+) of experience in GTM enablement, sales, or a related solutions/RevOps role, with demonstrated ownership of enablement programs end to end

  • Strong at both content development and live facilitation for audiences from new hires to experienced sellers

  • Has personally built AI agents or apps, through prompting, no-code, low-code, or code, to drive seller or operational productivity (engineering degree not required)

  • Excellent program and process management: you can stand up structure, standards, and repeatable workflows from scratch

  • Skilled at eliciting knowledge from busy subject-matter experts and turning it into structured, reusable content

  • Comfortable working with knowledge, content, and data as structured systems (taxonomy, governance, quality standards)

  • Proven ability to enable technical sellers to sell credibly to technical buyers

  • A trusted cross-functional partner who can work independently across Product, Marketing, and Sales

  • Thrives in ambiguity, high ownership, and the pace of a high-growth startup

  • Willing and able to travel ~15–20% for onboarding weeks, offsites, and kickoffs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a quota-carrying field IC (Account Executive, AI Field Engineer, or similar)

  • Background in AI/ML infrastructure, developer tools, or API-first and consumption-based businesses, with literacy in usage-based pricing models

  • Experience with modern enablement tooling and systems (LMS, CMS, CRM, and enablement platforms)

  • Experience designing knowledge bases or content for retrieval by AI/LLM systems (RAG, agents)

Why Fireworks?
  • Solve Hard Problems: Tackle challenges at the forefront of AI infrastructure, from low-latency inference to scalable model serving.

  • Build What’s Next: Work with bleeding-edge technology that impacts how businesses and developers harness AI globally.
