About the role

As a Sales Enablement Manager at Kyriba, you will play a critical role in driving the effectiveness and efficiency of our sales team. This individual contributor position focuses on empowering our sales force through targeted coaching, strategic implementation of sales methodologies, and enhancement of internal processes. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure our sales teams are equipped with the tools, resources, and knowledge necessary to exceed their targets and achieve business objectives.

What You Will Do:

Sales Coaching:

  • Develop and implement tailored coaching programs to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.

  • Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions, workshops, and training seminars focusing on best practices and techniques.

  • Utilize data-driven insights to provide constructive feedback and create personalized development plans for sales personnel.

Sales Methodology:

  • Design and implement a standardized sales methodology that aligns with Kyriba's business goals and market strategy.

  • Ensure consistent application of the methodology across the sales team to improve forecasting accuracy and sales outcomes.

  • Collaborate with sales leadership to continuously refine and optimize sales processes and methodologies.

Internal Processes:

  • Evaluate and enhance internal sales processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

  • Manage the creation and dissemination of sales enablement materials, including playbooks, resources

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and other departments to ensure alignment and support for the sales team.

Pricing plan:

  • Empower sales teams with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to position and sell effectively using Kyriba’s pricing plan.

  • Manage the ongoing refinement of pricing plans and related materials

  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure sales teams adopt and apply the new pricing strategy

Performance Analysis:

  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives.

  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on the impact of sales enablement programs.

  • Use analytics to identify areas of improvement and drive strategic decision-making.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fields

  • Preferred: experience of the Kyriba product as a sales executive, account manager, product lead, or similar.

  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and tools.

  • Excellent coaching and communication skills, with a track record of developing high-performing sales teams.

  • Proficiency in using CRM and sales enablement platforms.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
